Agro- Sales and Marketing Executive
The candidate will be responsible for the following ascpects of the Agriculture and Allied Industry:
- The candidate must have prior experence in the food industry, preferably in the Agriculture sector, and the know how of how to deal with perishable goods.
- The company deals in Hydroponically grown produce, the candidate should have prior experience in the Sales and Marketing of a superior quality product in Agro-Market, and build procurement tie-ups, ranging from mandis to retail shops, both online and offline markets.
- The candidate will research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
- The candidate will gather, investigate, and summarize agro-market data and trends to draft reports.
- The candidate must stay updated on the current affairs of the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- The candidate must maintain a network of venodors and customres on multiple levels of the Agro-Market.
- The candidate must collecting customer feedback and provide updates to senior management.
- The candidate will need to often traveling to all potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- The candidate must utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
